How does an electrolyte help me?

During intense physical activity, the body loses key electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium through sweat. While food and energy drinks help restore energy, electrolytes are essential to replace what sweat takes away. Replenishing them helps maintain fluid balance, supports muscle function, and reduces the risk of cramps, fatigue, and performance drop. Proper hydration with electrolytes also aids recovery so your muscles can relax and contract efficiently after activity. A moderate to high-intensity exercise that leads to sweating requires timely electrolyte replenishment to stay hydrated and recover well!

What ingredients do you use in this?

We use common salt (Sodium Chloride) and Potassium Chloride to provide you with sodium and potassium in ample quantities. We also add magnesium citrate - which is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium that aids in muscle recovery. For our unflavoured version, we add no flavours or sweeteners. We also add some sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to maintain pH balance of the solution.

What ingredients have you consciously kept out from this?

For our unflavoured electrolytes, we have also stayed away from any anti-foaming agents, artificial flavours/ colors, stabilizers, or emulsifiers. We've tried to keep the formulation as clean as possible - so that your digestive system loves it as much as your muscles do.
